About Focalslate

Focalslate is a planning and tracking app for people who run their work from one screen. It is built and maintained by Cary Miller, an independent developer, and sold under the name MillersCraft.

How it works

• Your data stays with you. Everything lives in one file, focus-data.json, in a folder you choose. There is no Focalslate account and no Focalslate server holding your data.
• No tracking. The site and the app carry no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and set no cookies.
• One price, once. Standard is free. Premium is a one-time $19 purchase, sold through Gumroad, with a 30-day refund guarantee.
• Works offline. After the first visit, the app runs without a connection.

Previously Focus Dashboard

Focalslate was called Focus Dashboard until 2026. If you used Focus Dashboard, your existing data file opens in Focalslate as it is.
